Santa soldier
Dad was in the Army way back when (in the 1950’s). Keith found this Santa soldier at Hobby Lobby and I had to get it for Dad. I knitted matching camo hats for the soldier, Dad and Dad’s great-grandson, Zachary. Dad says it’s his favorite hat I’ve ever knitted for him – fits him the best – yay!!!!
I can feed myself, thank you!!

Danielle and I store our crochet hooks in these baby wipe containers. Since they match and we usually sit together when we crochet, we asked Corey to make us labels that say “Danielle” and “Teri”. He took it one beautiful step farther………..
Happy 49!!!
Happy birthday to me!!! Danielle organized a surprise 49th birthday party for me. Boy was I surprised!!! Corey made me a beautiful table. I am so much in love with that table. He also painted an old milk can I had. They had balloons in it. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten balloons so it was really cool. My favorite little buddy helped blow out my candles – with some help from his Daddy. Here are some pics from the party…………

Zach was very very nice. Here’s our little Santa-Zach posing in his Santa suit. The sled is Mark’s sled from when he was a baby. Mark was really happy to see Zach on the sled.

Could Carrie and Sparky become best friends forever???? Doubtful. But what a shock when Carrie was in Sparky’s cage and Sparky went in and there was a moment of peace between them. A girl can dream…………

I made that wall hanging many many years ago, when my kids were young. They are now adults with families of their own. I’ve wanted to update it for a couple of years and when my daughter-in-law jokingly said I needed to add some stockings, I knew this was the year I needed to complete that task.
